Cheryl Dalton has been with the Service since 1980. She is currently serving as the Chief Steward for Chapter 46.  She has been an NTEU steward since 1991.  Her accomplishments include a BS degree in mass communications, is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army Reserves, and is a trained EEO Advisor.  Cheryl loves to bass fish with her husband, Larry.  Cheryl believes a steward’s primary goal is effective representation.  She also believes in interest-based bargaining and open negotiations as tools to me the Service a better place to work.  She believes in our strong contract.
