Larry works in the union office on a full time basis. Larry is the editor the the chapter newsletter in addition to maintaining the Chapter 46 website. He also assists the chapter in computer related areas.

Larry has been with NTEU and the IRS working with Exam since April of 1987. Larry started as a Tax Auditor and then coverted over as a Revenue Agent. Larry has spent time working in general program, NRP, and Innocent Spouse. Larry helped instruct the computer rollout classes for Examination and was involved in teaching the Balance Measures classes for Exam.

Prior to being with the IRS, Larry graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Business Management and spent some time in various parts of the world as a U.S. Marine Corps Officer working in the communications field (i.e. radio, telephone and teletype).
